• Detect specific needs of each student.

• Teach using various resources and develop lesson plans.

• Develop students’ skills by reviewing the material used in their class, explaining topics, and answering questions and problems regarding different topics.

• Help students to improve their learning process by assessing, assisting and encouraging them.
