At Tootor, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. The Newmarket Music and Arts Centre is a non-profit Canadian charitable organization that operates Tootor (http://www.tootor.ca, the “Site”). This privacy policy describes the policy regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site, other channels through which you provide personal information (such as email, phone, or video conferencing) and all related websites and applications where reference is made to this policy, regardless of how you access the Services, including access through mobile devices.

By submitting a volunteer application form or booking form or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information by us, as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of certain personal information that is automatically exchanged between your device and the Site (this information does not identify you by name) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on the Site or provide us in any other way, which includes personal information such as name, email address, and location. We may also collect information about your use of our service, including the date and time of your sessions, the subjects you are tutored in, purchase history, and any feedback or comments you provide.
In addition, we may collect information from your device, such as the Internet protocol ("IP") address used to connect your device to the Internet. We may also use third-party services such as Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
Use of Information
We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

To provide our Service Recipients and Volunteers with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

Volunteers, so they can contact Service Recipients to provide tutoring services or so they can assist us with administrative tasks (which may involve handling personal information of other Volunteers);

Communications
You agree that we may use your personal information to contact you to notify you about new bookings and updates on your bookings, to follow up on support requests and inquiries, and to send you periodical newsletters, marketing or promotional materials that provide valuable information about our programs and services. For these purposes we may contact you via email, the Site's chat, telephone, and text messaging.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
